摘要
论述了雷达吸波涂料的一般涂装工艺流程,总结了雷达吸波涂料不同于普通涂料的涂装特点。结合多年涂装技术研究的经验,深入分析了吸波涂料涂装中常见问题产生的原因,提出了喷砂打磨、多次喷涂、阶梯式升温等工艺技术途径,显著提高了雷达吸波涂层的附着力和涂层质量的稳定性,对普通涂料涂装技术的发展也具有一定的指导意义。
The normal painting technical flow of radar absorbing coating was discussed,and the painting characteristic which the radar absorbing coating is different from the common dope.Leaning against the experience of the painting technology,the reasons of the familiar problems of painting coursewas profund analyzed,and some approach was put forwarded,such as abrasive blasting,time after time spraying,step heating,which remarkably advance the adhesion of the radar absorbing coating and the stability of the coating quality.The study is also playing a important part in the progress of the painting technology of common dope.
