瑞芬太尼复合芬太尼用于甲状腺手术的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Remifentanil Combined with Fentanyl for Thyroid Operation

目的:观察瑞芬太尼复合芬太尼用于甲状腺手术的临床疗效。方法:选择在全身麻醉复合颈丛阻滞下行甲状腺次全切除术患者60例,随机均分为芬太尼组(F组)和瑞芬太尼复合芬太尼组(R组)。F组用芬太尼和丙泊酚诱导和维持麻醉;R组诱导同F组,静脉维持用瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚,观察并比较2组患者麻醉药用量、麻醉恢复情况、术中血压、心率变化。结果:R组麻醉循环波动小,苏醒快,术后并发症少,费用相对较低。结论:瑞芬太尼复合芬太尼用于甲状腺手术更安全、有效、经济。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of remifentanil combined with fentanyl in thyroid Operation. METH- ODS： 60 Patients for elective thyroidectomy under general anesthesia combined with cervical plexus block were randomly assigned into 2 groups： Group fentanyl（Group F） and Group remifentanil combined with fentanyl （Group R）. Group F were induced and maintained with fentanyl and propofol, while group R induced with group F, maintained with remifentanil and propofol. The obser- vation of the amount of narcotic drugs, anesthesia recovery, intraperative blood pressure and heart rate changes were taken. RE- SULTS： Group R resulted in less circulatory disturbance, faster recovery, less postoperative complications and relatively low cost. CONCLUSION： Remifentanil combined with fentanyl can be used more safely, effectively and economically in thyroid operation.
