比色法测定二至丸中总黄酮的含量

Content Determination of Total Flavonoids in Erzhi Pills by Colorimetric Method

目的:建立二至丸中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法:采用比色法,测定波长为500nm。结果:总黄酮回归方程为Y=0.4275X+0.0032(r=0.9996),其精密度试验、稳定性试验、重复性试验、加样回收率试验的RSD均<2%。结论:该方法精密度、重复性好,可以作为提取液中总黄酮含量测定的方法。

OBJECTIVE： To develop a method for the content determination of total flavonoids in Erzhi pills. METHODS： A colorimetric method was set up, and the wavelength of determination was set at 500 nm. RESULTS： The regression equation of to- tal flavonoids was Y=0.427 5X＋ 0.003 2 （r=0.999 6）. The RSD of precision test, stability test, reproducibility test and recovery test were all less than 2 %. CONCLUSION： The method is accurate and reproducible for content determination of total flavonoids in Erzhi pills.
