反相离子对色谱法测定木香槟榔丸中氢溴酸槟榔碱的含量

Content Determination of Arecoline Hydrobromide in Muxiang Binglang Pills by Reversed-phase Ion-pair Chromatography

目的:建立测定木香槟榔丸中氢溴酸槟榔碱含量的方法。方法:采用反相离子对色谱法测定。色谱柱为Promosil-C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%十二烷基磺酸钠(含0.1%三乙胺,用磷酸调pH=3.8,42:58),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为215nm,进样量为20μL。结果:氢溴酸槟榔碱浓度在40.4～121.2μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9996);平均回收率为100.04%,RSD=1.23%(n=6)。结论:本法灵敏、简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可用于木香槟榔丸的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE： To develop a method for the content determination of arecoline hydrobromide in Muxiang binglang pills. METHODS： The separation was performed on Promosil-C18 column with acetonitrile-0.1% sodium dodecylsulphate （SDS） （contain 0.1% triethylamine, pH adjusted to 3.8 with phosphate acid, 42：58） as mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1. The UV detection wavelength was set at 215 nm. Injection volume was 20 μL. RESULTS： The linear range of arecoline hydrobromide was 40.4-121.2μg·mL-1（r=0.999 6）with an average recovery of 100.04% （RSD = 1.23% ,n：6）. CONCLUSION： The method is sensitive, simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible for the quality control of Muxiang binglang pills.
