摘要
目的比较砂烫与牛奶炮制对马钱子中士的宁和马钱子碱含量的影响。方法采用HPLC法测定不同炮制方法炮制的样品中生物碱的含量。结果奶制马钱子的生物碱含量低于砂烫品。结论藏医通过奶制降低了马钱子的毒性,提高了临床应用的安全性。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of different processing on the contents of brucine and strychnine in Semen Strychni.METHODS An HPLC method was applied to determine the contents of brucine and strychnine in Semen Strychni.RESULTS Contents of abrucine and strychnine in Semen Strychni by different processing methods were different.CONCLUSION The contents of alkaloids in Semen Strychni processed by milk is less than by sand.
