摘要
为满足非道路用途开发了新型卧式2D25柴油机。该发动机在机体结构布置、润滑和冷却系统等设计上采取许多新的技术方案和措施。详细介绍了该柴油机的结构设计、主要零部件和系统特点以及燃烧过程的开发和性能试验。结果表明:该发动机标定功率为37 kW(2 400 r/min)、最大扭矩167 N.m(1 600~1 700 r/min)、最低燃油消耗率224g/(kW.h)、机油消耗率小于0.3 g/(kW.h),达到中国非道路用柴油机第2阶段排放限值,是一款可以用于配套农业机械、工程机械、林业机械、材料装卸机械、内河机动船、发电机组等用途的直喷式柴油机。
The newly model 2D25 horizontal diesel engine for off-road applications adopted many new techniques in cylinder block design, lubrication system and cooling system etc. was developed. The engine structure design and features in main components and systems, development of combustion system and per- formance test results were described in detail. Following performance data are achieved: power rating 37 kW at 2400r/min, maximum torque 167N.m at 1600~1700r/min , minimum SFC in full-load speed characteristic 224 g/(kW, h), oil consumption less than 0.3 g/(kW, h). As a DI diesel engine meeting China-II emission standards for off-road diesel engines, it is suitable for applications in agricultural , engineering , forestry and handling machineries, urban river ship, generator set and so on.
