利用酯酶同工酶技术检测香菇双单杂交后代 被引量:11

摘要 选用香菇的野生株Q 与栽培株苏香的四种孢子单核体进行完全亲和双单杂交,运用拮抗试验并辅以液体出菇试验初步鉴定出12 个杂交后代,且对杂交后代酯酶同工酶进行了检测,并以聚类分析方法分析了菌株间酯酶同工酶酶谱的结果,较直观本质地反映了杂交后代及其与亲本之间的遗传差异,表明1 —12 号菌株是真正的双单杂交后代。 A wild strain Q and four types of sporualated monokaryons derived from a cultured strain of Lentinula edodes were carried out the full compatiable di-mon mating.Twelve hybrids were verified by antagonistic tests,primordium formation in a liquid medium (PDY)and cluster analysis of esterase isoenzyme patterns results which reflected directly genetic differences among hybrids and between hybrids and their diskaryonic parent,showing No19-30 strains were true hybrids,and the value of esterase isoenzyme similarity coefficient between strains was taken for a suppplementary genetic marker of selecting parents and mating breeding.
