摘要 仓库设计对企业顾客服务水平及物流成本具有重要影响,而仿真建模的方法对仓库设计评价及优化越来越受到广泛重视。应用Witness仿真软件对某快速消费品企业的包装原材料仓库设计进行了仿真建模研究,定义了模型元素及功能、仓库运作仿真逻辑、输入参数假设,并对模型进行了验证和确认,最后通过仿真输出分析对仓库存储区域利用率、仓库周转率、仓库吞吐率、以及订单满足率等设计方案指标进行了分析与评价,并进而提出改进建议。 The warehouse design has significant impact on customer service level and logistics cost for companies and has begun to be evaluated and optimized through simulation technique.A simulation model was developed by using the simulation software Witness to study one packaging raw material warehouse design of a Fast Moving Consumer Goods company.Issues on modeling elements and functions design,simulation logics design,input parameters assumptions,and model verification and validation analysis were covered.Following output analysis,the utilization of storage capacity,warehouse turnover rate,warehouse productivity,and order fulfilled rate were analyzed and evaluated.Improvement suggestions were also proposed.
