Synthesis of Long Afterglow Phosphor Sr_4Al_(14)O_(25):Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+) by Hydrothermal Method and Its Luminescent Properties

摘要 采用水热法制备了均匀分散的前驱体,然后通过煅烧获得蓝绿色Sr4Al14O25:Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉发光材料。在制备前躯体过程中,分别用NH3.H2O和NH4HCO3作为沉淀剂,研究了其对最终发光材料的结构和性能的影响。结果表明,用氨水做沉淀剂最终合成的发光粉为物相较纯的Sr4Al14O25相,粒径小,分散性好,发光强度高,余辉衰减时间长。 The blue-green long afterglow phosphors,Sr4Al14O25:Eu2+,Dy3+ were prepared by calcining the corresponding precursors,and the well-dispersed precursors were produced by hydrothermal method.During the hydrothermal process,NH3·H2O and NH4HCO3 were selected as precipitants,which played an important role in the structure and performance of the finial product.The results indicated that compared with NH4HCO3,the phosphors obtained by using NH3·H2O had relatively pure monoclinic Sr4Al14O25 crystal phase,narrow-distributing particles size of 1 μm,better luminescent property and longer persistent afterglow.
