摘要
介绍了国内肉糜产业的现状与发展趋势,对存在的问题提出建议,指出肉糜产业是肉制品企业生存与发展的新兴战略资源,应该加以规范和监管。
In this paper, the meat paste industry actuality and development direction in China were introduced, and suggestions to the existing problems were also proposed, futher more, that the meat paste industry was the new strategic resources for enterprise existence and development was indicated, and it should be regulated and supervised
