摘要
建立了猪肉中阿维菌素残留的高效液相色谱测定方法。样品经乙腈超声波辅助提取、自制碱性氧化铝固相萃取小柱净化。以V(甲醇)∶V(水)=90∶10为流动相,245 nm波长检测,流速0.8mL/min。结果表明:本法测定的阿维菌素在7min内可以完全分离,线性范围为0.4mg/L^5.0mg/L,线性相关系数0.9998,当添加量为0.1、0.2、0.5mg/kg时,平均回收率为90.20%~100.58%,RSD为2.25%~6.68%。该方法具有快速、灵敏、准确的特点,适合猪肉中阿维菌素残留的测定。
In this paper, the high performance liquid chromatography was used for the determination of avermectin residue in pork. The sample was extracted with the assisting of acetonitrile ultrasonic wave, and purified by homemade alkaleseence alumina columella, in which the detection wavelength was 245 nm, methanol -water(90: 10) and flow rate was 0.8 mL/min. The results showed that avermectin determined in this way could be completely separated in 7 min. The linear range was 0.4mg/L - 5.0mg/L, and the Linear correlation coefficient was 0.9998. When additive amount was 0. 1,0.2,0.5mg/kg , the recovery rate was 90.20% -100.58% , and RSD was 2.25% -6.68%. This method possessed characteristics of fast, sensi- tive and accurate, and it was appropriate for determination of avermectin residue in pork.
