Research on the Control of Book Shortage

基于图书馆的图书缺藏控制过程,运用前馈控制和反馈控制耦合的方法,做到图书采访之前有科学的预见,采访之后有迅速的反馈,从而更有效地控制图书的缺藏。数字时代,图书馆仅利用本馆馆藏满足用户需求已经不可能,图书馆必须改变自给自足的馆藏建设模式,即在有效控制图书缺藏的基础上,各图书馆之间进行多层次全方位的合作共建、馆际互借,形成全国范围的图书文献资源保障体系。

Based on the process of the control of book shortage, this paper put forward the method of feedforward control coupled with feedback control to insure scientific forecast before book acquisition and quick feedback after book acquisition, accordingly the book shortage could be controlled more efficiently. In the digital era, it＇s impossible to meet the need of users of library by one library. The library must change the self- sufficient collection building model. Based on the control of the book shortage, the paper also proposed that libraries should take multi-level and omni-directional cooperation and interlibrary loan, and then the document resource guarantee system could be built in the nationwide.
