摘要
随着网络建设的不断加快,越来越多的图书馆开始采用数字形式的参考咨询方式为读者提供服务。本文对中外数字参考咨询的服务标准进行了对比分析,发现中国在提供服务方式多样性以及相应法律制定等方面与国外仍存在差距。
With the development of network construction, more and more libraries provide digital reference services to the users. This paper makes a comparison between home and abroad on digital reference standards, and makes a conclusion that China still has a gap with abroad in service diversity and law regulating.
