摘要
热激蛋白(heat shock protein,HSP)是细胞在应激条件下所产生的一组具有高度保守性的蛋白质,热激蛋白70(heat shock protein70,HSP70)家族是其中最保守、最主要的一类。HSP70广泛地存在于各种细胞中,参与细胞应急和非应急条件下的蛋白质代谢,如蛋白质的从头折叠、跨膜运输、错误折叠多肽的降解及其调控过程等。随着研究的深入,HSP70在抗肿瘤和胞内微生物感染中的作用也不断被发现和证实。HSP70分子由3个不同的区域组成,其C端的底物结合区在不同物种中差异较大。该文综述了刚地弓形虫热激蛋白70(TgHSPT0)的基本结构、抗弓形虫感染保护性免疫及其毒性作用和在虫期转换中的作用。
Heat shock protein (HSPs) is a group of highly conserved proteins, which is produced by cells under stress conditions. HSP70 family is the most conservative and important class in HSPs. HSP70 widely appears in various ceils and participates in the protein metabolism in emergency and non-emergency conditions, such as protein folding, translocation across membranes, degradation of misfolded peptides and regulation of the processes. With the detailed studies, the role of HSP70 in anti-tumor and intracellular microbial infection has been discovered and confirmed. HSP70 molecule is composed of three different regions. The C-terminal domain has a substrate binding domain, which is different in various species. This article reviewed the basic structure of Toxoplasma gondii heat shock protein 70 ( TgHSP70), the role of TgHSP70 on immune protection and its toxicity, as well as its function on the stage conversion of Toxoplasma gondii.
