细胞间黏附分子-1与慢性阻塞性肺疾病的研究进展

Progress of research on ICAM-1 and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

细胞间黏附分子-1（intercellular adhesion molecule-1，ICAM1）是黏附分子中免疫球蛋白家族中的一员，通过介导细胞细胞、细胞胞外基质间的黏附和相互作用，参与了机体内众多炎症反应和免疫反应过程。慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）是慢性气道炎症性疾病。本文就ICAM-1的来源、结构及其在COPD发病中的作用作一综述。

Intercellular adhesion molecule-1（ICAM- 1）,a member of the immunoglobulin family,is one of the adhesion molecules, it participate processes of many inflammatory reactions and immune reactions in the body through adhesion and interaction between the mediated-cell, cell extracellular matrix. ICAM -1 is better studied in the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. In this paper, the origin,structure and role of ICAM -1 in the pathogenesis of COPD are reviewed.
