北京市6年褐家鼠抗药性调查

Resistant Investigation agaist Ruttus norvegicus for Six Years in Beijing

目的 :调查北京市褐家鼠对杀鼠灵的抗药水平。方法 :按常规 ,用 0 .0 0 5 %杀鼠灵给褐家鼠摄食 6d ,观察 14d。结果 :1994年和 1996年各发现 1只抗药鼠。结论 :北京市存在对杀鼠灵抗药性褐家鼠 ,但未产生抗药性种群。

This paper reported that investigations has been conducted on resistance for Rattus norvegicus with 0.005% warfarin in 1991-1996. The result indicates that only one rat was discovered resistant in 1994 and 1996 respectively. But it was not discovered, resistant population and relation between weight and lethal dose was investigated, youger rats were of higher resistant against warfarin.
