H_2O_2预氧化颤藻及其复合高岭土除藻性能研究 被引量:5

Study on Oscillatoria's pre-oxidation by hydrogen peroxide and algae removal capability compounded with kaolin

摘要 为了降低给水中藻类浓度,以过氧化氢为预氧化剂,预氧化藻后加入的高岭土、PAC分别为助凝剂和絮凝剂,对混凝去除颤藻进行了研究。结果表明,H2O2具有显著预氧化抑制藻活性的功能,投加量为2.5 mg/L时可抑制其生长活性20 d以上。在实验水质条件下,通过正交实验得出最佳复配条件是:H2O2投加量为2.5 mg/L,预氧化时间20 min,高岭土、PAC的投加量分别为34 mg/L、3.5 mg/L,静置沉淀时间为25 min。在此条件下,浊度和叶绿素a的去除率分别达到96.4%和98.2%,残留铝含量为0.14 mg/L。 A study was made on the removal of Oscillatoria tenuis by coagulation and hydrogen peroxide pre-oxidation,using kaolin as coagulant aid,and polyaluminium chlorate(PAC) as flocculation reagent.The result showed that hydrogen peroxide played an important role in markedly oxidizing and restraining the cytoactive of algae which could be controlled for more than 20 d when the dosage of hydrogen peroxide was 2.5 mg/L.Through orthogonal experiment,the optimum coagulation conditions were worked out as follows:hydrogen peroxide of 2.5 mg/L,pre-oxidation time of 20 min,kaolin of 34 mg/L,PAC of 3.5 mg/L,sedimentation time of 25 min.Under optimal experimental condition,the clearance of turbidity and chlorophyll a reached 96.4% and 98.2%,respectively,and the concentration of residual aluminum was 0.14 mg/L.
