摘要
采用ICP等离子体发射光谱法对印染污泥焚烧前后主要金属元素进行了分析,结果表明,风干后的印染污泥中铝含量达157 mg/g;焚烧后,除Pb外,污泥中其他主要金属元素在焚烧过程中得到了富集,铝的含量显著增加,为未焚烧前的1.6倍。同时,采用化学浸提法对某印染厂污水处理剩余污泥进行铝形态分布研究,实验结果表明:焚烧前后,酸溶无机铝的含量从占总溶出铝量的62.2%提高到92.9%。同时,腐殖酸铝含量从33.3%下降至1.8%。最后,采用酸浸法对污泥焚烧残渣进行处理,制备得到的混凝剂对印染废水混凝效果显著。
ICP-MS was used to measure the amount of main metal elements in the textile dyeing sludge before and after combustion.It showed that the amount of Al was 157 mg/g when the sludge was air-dried.After combustion,Al was enriched obviously as well as other main metal elements except Pb,and the amount of Al increased by 1.6 times during the process.Meanwhile,the distribution of Al forms in the textile dyeing sludge was studied by chemical extraction.The amount of Al(OH)3/Al2O3 increased from 62.2% to 92.9% while Al-HA decreased from 33.3% to 1.8%.At last,acid leaching was used to deal with the sludge after combustion,and the recovered coagulants had a good flocculating performance on textile wastewater.
