摘要
信息系统开发过程中的风险可能对开发效果造成不良影响,企业管理者迫切需要系统的评价方法去定量测算各种风险对信息系统开发效果的影响程度。本文将结构方程模型引入到信息系统开发风险评价过程中来,从开发风险的来源和构成出发,构建信息系统开发风险评价结构方程模型,并将该模型应用于实例的求解。应用结果表明,该模型能够区分风险造成影响的显著程度,从而为管理者提供对风险进行事前控制的有力依据。
Presently,there is no effective method to quantify information system developing（ISD）risks.The risks may influence ISD impact,It is imperative that enterprise management needs such methods in place to evaluate the degree of risks to the ISD impact.In this paper,Structure Equation Model（SEM）was introduced to the evaluating process,considering risks both composing and source,the evaluating model of ISD risks was then constructed and tested with case.It was found to be useful to distinguish the type of risks and provide credible evidence with making strategy for risk control.
