基于移动设备的突发事件信息服务平台设计研究

The Platform Design of Emergency Information Services Based on the Mobile Device

我国近年处在突发事件频发时期,突发事件信息的有效传播能够安抚恐慌的大众,提高政府及社会传播和解决突发事件的效率。手机等移动设备是"带着体温的媒体",能够在突发事件传播中发挥其独特的优势。本文基于这个特点,尝试建立一个比较完善的信息服务平台,以期更好地将移动技术运用到公共突发事件上,满足社会需要,对政府和决策部门提供突发事件传播的理论和实践支持。

Frequent occurrence of at the time in recent years,the effective dissemination of emergency information that can bring comfort to panic the public,improve government and social communication,and resolve incidents efficiency.Mobile phones and other mobile devices are＂with a body temperature of the media＂to spread in disruptive incidents to play its unique advantages.Based on this characteristic,trying to build a more comprehensive information service platform,with a view to better mobile technology applied to public emergencies,meeting the needs of society and decision-making departments of government emergency communication support to the theory and practice.
