白芨贴膜初步药效学研究

Primary pharmacodynamics study on Bletilla Striata patchs

目的:观察白芨贴膜的止血、抗炎、抗菌及促进伤口愈合作用。方法:分别采用断尾止血试验、家兔股动脉止血试验、二甲苯致耳肿胀试验、抗菌实验和兔伤口愈合试验考察白芨贴膜的初步药效。结果:本组试验中,0.8g/kg白芨贴膜原料组的小鼠断尾出血时间为(93±17)s,家兔股动脉止血时间为(101.1±39.9)s,与空白对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。0.108g/mL和0.216g/mL的白芨贴膜原料组的二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀抑制率分别为27.7%和47.0%,高剂量组与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。白芨贴膜有一定的抗菌效果,但抗菌性能不及苯扎氯铵;白芨贴膜可明显促进家兔伤口愈合,与云南白药比较,伤口结痂时间可缩短1d。结论:白芨贴膜具有止血、抗炎、抗菌及促进伤口愈合作用,为其临床应用提供了科学依据。

Objective：To investigate the hemostasis,anti-inflammation,antibacterials and healing promotion of Bletilla Striata patchs.Methods：Cutting-tail method and femoral artery hemostasis were carried out to study the hemostasis effect.And ear swelling induced by dimethylbenzene,anti-inflammatory,and healing time measurement of rabbits wounds were also carried out to study other primary pharmacodynamics effect of Bletilla Striata patchs.Results：The cutting-tail test showed that bleeding time of mice treated by 0.8 g/kg of the Bletilla Striata was（93±17） s,and the femoral artery hemostasis time was（101.1±39.9） s.Both of them were significantly different from these of control group（P〈0.05）.Inhibition ratios of ear swelling for mice treated by 0.108 g/mL and 0.216 g/mL Bletilla Striata group were 27.7% and 47.0%,respectively,and there was significant difference between the high dosage group and model group（P〈0.01）.Bletilla Striata patchs showed weaker antibacterials action than benzalkonium chloride.Compared to Yunnan Baiyao group,Bletilla Striata patchs could shorten the healing time of rabbits by 1 day.Conclusions：Bletilla Striata patchs has the function of hemostasis,anti-inflammation,antibacterials and wounds-healing promotion.This study can provide scientific evidence for clinical application.
