大叶冬青降血脂作用及多糖含量测定研究

Polysaccharide concentration of Ilex latifolia extract and its lipid-decreasing effects

目的:研究大叶冬青提取物对实验性高血脂小鼠血脂含量的影响,同时测定大叶冬青多糖含量。方法:苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量;测定喂食大叶冬青提取物后高血脂小鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)浓度。结果:大叶冬青多糖含量为1.19%(n=3,RSD=8.52%)。1.2g/kg大叶冬青提取物能显著降低高血脂小鼠血清中TC浓度(P<0.05),1.2、0.6、0.3g/kg3个剂量的大叶冬青提取物均能显著降低高血脂小鼠血清中TG浓度(P<0.05～0.01)。结论:大叶冬青提取物具有一定的降血脂作用。

Objective：To determine the polysaccharide concentration of Ilex latifolia extract and its lipid-decreasing effects in hyperlipidemia mice model.Methods：The polysaccharide concentration of Ilex latifolia extract were determined with phenol-sulfuric acid procedure.Its lipid-decreasing effects were detected by comparison of serum concentrations of total cholesterol,triglyceride and high density lipoprotein cholesterin in hyperlipidemia mice model before and after they were fed with Ilex latifolia extract.Results：The content of polysaccharide in Ilex latifolia leaves was 1.19%（n=3,RSD=8.52%）.Ilex latifolia extract at the dosage of 1.2g/kg signifcantly decreased the concentration of total cholesterol（P〈0.05）,and extratcts at 3 other dosages all decreased triglyceride level in the mice model（P〈0.05-0.01）.Conclusions：Ilex latifolia extracts shows lipid-decreasing effects in mice model.
