摘要
目的:建立测定莫吉司坦含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱为LunaC18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(58:42),检测波长为230nm,流速为1.0mL/min。结果:有关物质对样品测定不产生干扰,莫吉司坦在51.8~621.6μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=5),平均回收率为100.6%(RSD=1.13%,n=9)。结论:该方法快速、简便、准确、灵敏、重复性好,能用于莫吉司坦的含量测定。
Objective:To establish the HPLC method for determination of moguisteine content.Methods:The optimum analysis was achieved on a Luna C_ 18 column(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)using a mobile phase of methonal-water(58:42),flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength of 230nm.Results:There was a good linear relationship between the peak area and the concentration in the range of 51.8-621.6μg/mL(r=0.9999,n=5);The average recovery was 100.6%(RSD = 1.13%,n=9).Conclusion:The method is specific,accurate,sensitive and can be used for the determination of content of moguisteine.
