摘要 目的:分析注意力缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivist order,ADHD)患儿脑电生物反馈治疗前、后脑电图变化情况。方法:24名ADHD儿童行脑电生物反馈治疗,每周3~4次,20次为一疗程,治疗前、后未使用药物治疗,对治疗前、后脑电波检查结果进行统计分析。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后ADHD患儿脑电波幅明显改变,其中θ波波幅明显降低,α波波幅和SMR波幅以及显著升高,θ/α和θ/SMR比值显著降低,差异有统计学意义性(P<0.01)。结论:脑电生物反馈治疗可提高儿童注意力水平,是治疗儿童ADHD的有效手段之一。 Objective:To study the electroencephalogram(EEG) changes of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)after EEG biofeedback treatment.Methods:A total of 24 children with ADHD had been investigated,who received EEG biofeedback treatment 3-4 times a week,and 20 times for a course.The changes of EEG was analyzed.Results:There were remarkable changes after treatment.Amplitude of θ and ratio of θ/α and θ/SMR were significantly lower,and amplitude of α and SMR were significantly higher after treatment(All P〈0.01).Conclusions:EEG biofeedback treatment can improve attention of children with ADHD,and it is an effective method to treat ADHD.
