摘要
目的:探讨磁共振脂肪抑制序列在膝关节骨挫伤中的临床应用价值。方法:2009年7月~2010年7月对31例膝关节骨挫伤患者行磁共振检查(MRI),磁共振检查序列包括自旋回波序列(SE)T1WI、快速自旋回波序列(FSE)T2WI、脂肪抑制序列短T1反转恢复成像(Short TI Inversion-Recovery,STIR)等,回顾性分析骨挫伤的MRI表现。结果:31例患者中X线、CT检查均未见明显异常,MRI检查在常规SE序列中显示病灶28例(90.3%),FSE序列中能显示26例(83.9%)骨挫伤病灶,STIR序列能检出病灶31例(100.0%),病变以STIR序列上表现最明显。结论:MRI能有效显示骨挫伤的病变部位及范围,其脂肪序列可以准确诊断骨挫伤。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of MRI with STIR in diagnosing bone contusions.Methods:Clinic data of 31 patients,who received magnetic resonance imaging examination including SET1WI,FSET2WI,short T1 inversion-recovery(STIR),were retrospective analyzed from July 2009 to July 2010.Results:X-ray and CT of 31 patients showed no abnormality,while MRI showed 28(90.3%) foci with bone contusions by SE sequence,26(83.9%) by FSE sequence and 31(100.0%) by STIR sequence.Conclusions:MRI can effectively reveal the location and extent of bone contusions.And MRI with STIR is a preferred and safe diagnosis method
