综合治疗腰椎肥大性脊椎炎的临床观察

Clinical Report on Complex Treatment of Hyperostosis of Lumbar Observation

本文目的是探讨中药内服配合针刺、TDP照射治疗腰椎肥大性脊椎炎的临床疗效。并对2003年10月—2008年6月间的200例病人分两组各100人治疗后的结果进行分析,治疗10—50天。经益肾活血通络汤配合针刺、TDP照射,有效率为94%;经针刺、TDP照射,有效率为73%;显著性差异?2=16.00(P<0.05)。从而得出运用此法治疗腰椎肥大性脊椎炎疗效显著的结论。

The purpose of this paper is to explore clinical effect on oral Chinese herbal decoction, acupuncture and TDP irradiation in Treating Hyperostosis of Lumbar Vertebrae. Meanwhile, an analysis is done to analyze 200 cases of patients who have been divided into two groups （every group is 100 patients） to receive the treatment between October 2003 and June 2008. The effective rate is respective 94% and 73% after receiving 10-50 days＇ treatment by Yishen Huoxue Tongluo Soup, acupuncture and TDP irradiation and by acupuncture and TDP irradiation. The significant difference is ？ 2 = 16. 00 （ P 〈0. 05）. Thus, the result is that there is the significant efficacy in Treating Hyperostosis of Lumbar Vertebrae with this complex treating method.
