摘要
随着我国人口逐渐进入老龄化阶段,以及人们对健康生活水平和护理服务质量水平需求的提高,护理工作在当今由技术竞争向服务竞争,乃至文化竞争转变。舒适护理在我国现行的医疗体系中,占据着极其重要的地位。本文就实际护理工作中的心得体会与经验总结介绍如下。
With Chinese population aging stage, and peoples gradually demand of a healthier life level and the quality of nursing service level , nursing is competed to others from technology to services and culture . Comfortable nursing in the current medical system, occupied a very important position. Based on practical experiences of nursing this paper introduces experience as below.
