信息化条件下战备物资储备策略探讨

The Discussion of War Material Reserves Strategy under Information Conditions

随着信息技术在军事领域的广泛应用,信息化战争已成为未来战争的主要形态。我军战备物资储备形式单一,管理手段落后,布局结构不合理,设备设施落后,远不适应信息化战争对军事后勤准备的要求。作者通过对信息化战争物资储备特点的分析,结合当前我军战备物资储备的实际,提出了新时期我军战备物资储备的对策,对有针对性地做好军事后勤准备具有十分重要的现实意义。

With the extensive use of the information technology in military field,information-based war has become the main forms of future war.However,in our army,the forms are monotonous,management is backward,the structure of layout is unreasonable,facilities are behind,that can＇t adapt to requirements of military logistical preparing in information-based war.This paper based on the characteristics of war material reserves in information-based war,combining the analysis of the characteristics of our war material reserves of reality,proposed the countermeasure.It has very mportant practical significance for pertinently completing the military logistics preparation.
