摘要
对上海市城市配送物流存在的问题进行了梳理和剖析,阐述了上海推进共同配送的必要性。在总结国内外共同配送的理论和实践的基础上,提炼了共同配送的概念、类型和实施的效益。从上海的实际情况出发,结合商业网点布局规划,提出在商业聚集区推进共同配送的思路,并分析了运作模式和商业模式。在深化共同配送内涵、加强市场管理、规划配送节点体系、调整通行政策、建立协调机制等方面提出了对策建议。
This article analyzes the urban distribution logistics problems in Shanghai,also explains the necessity of promoting a joint distribution plan in Shanghai.Based on summing up the theory and practice of joint distribution at home and abroad,the article refines the concept,type and effectiveness of implementation of joint distribution.Concerning about the actual situation in Shanghai and combining with the business network layout plan,the article proposes the idea of promoting joint distribution in business gathered district,and analyzes the mode of operation and business model.Finally it puts forward some suggestions on deepening the content of joint distribution,strengthening market management,planning the distribution node system,adjusting the access policy,establishing coordination mechanism and so on.
