应用型物流管理高职人才培养模式探索

Exploration on Applied Talent Cultivation Pattern of Higher Vocational Logistics Management

分析了目前我国物流管理专业高职人才培养过程中存在的问题,提出了面向SAP的理论与实践一体化的人才培养模式,设计了面向SAP的案例化教学模式,探讨如何更有效地促进应用型高职物流人才的培养,旨在促进高职物流管理专业的教学特色,强化对学生实践技能和职业素质的培养。

This paper analyzes the existence problems of higher vocational colleges in logistics management major talents cultivation,put forwards an unified talents cultivation pattern of theory and practice,designs the case teaching pattern oriented on SAP,and discusses how to promote the patterns cultivation of logistics higher vocational colleges effectively.It aims at promoting the teaching characteristics of higher vocational colleges,and strengthening the cultivation of student＇s practice skills and occupation diathesis.
