Feminist criticism is adopted in this essay to analyze The Diary of Jane Somers.The paper analyzes this book form three aspects——females＇ dilemma in patriarchic society,features of new females and return of feminity are presented to expound Doris Lessing＇s female narrative.This essay also points out Lessing＇s unique insight into women＇s liberation.
