本文提出了基于可靠性的城市桥梁结构安全性评估方法,即根据对城市桥梁结构安全性参数的综合检测和计算结果,基于可靠性理论和概念及工程结构可靠度设计统一标准的规定,建立了城市桥梁结构安全性的系统评估方法。该方法使城市桥梁安全性评估工作有章可循、方法科学、简单实用,评估结果将对城市桥梁或因设计、施工、使用不当需要加固,或因用途改变需要改造,或因环境改变需要处理等工作提供技术依据。

This paper advanced the urban bridge structure security assessment method which based on the reliability,according to the synthetic testing and reckoning of urban bridge structure security parameter,based on the reliability theory and the engineering structure reliability design unified standard,builded the urban bridge structure security assessment method.This method maked the urban bridge structure security assessment to has a legal basis,and this scientific method is simple and practical,the assessment will provide the technological basis to the urban bridge and the reinforce activity arise from the impropriety of design、construction and misuse,reform caused by propose converting,and the dispose caused by the environment converting.
