2009年,政府与社会卫生支出比例提高到61.8%,而个人卫生支出比例则下降至38.2%,已与2007年高收入国家的个人筹资比例基本持平(38.7%)。这说明,近年我国政府持续加大投入,在很大程度上降低了个人筹资比例,政府投入效果初步显现。

In 2009, the government and social health spending ratio increased to 61.8%, but personal health spending ratio is dropped to 38.2%, the number already flat with 2007 high-income countries personal financing proportion（38.7%）. This suggests that our government has continuously increasing investment in recent years, it largely reduced personal financing proportion, the government investment effect preliminary appeared.
