基于DOE的“机能窗”设计方法研究

摘要 在定义"机能窗"的基础上,阐述了具体模型的品质特性,并运用DOE的方法对其进行了参数设计和结果分析,确定了最佳的参数,最后分别预测了原始及最优条件下的"机能窗",通过二者的对比,证明上述方法是有效且实用的。 Based on the definition of functional windows,this paper illustrates the quality characteristics of realistic model,with the Design of Experiment(DOE),implements the parameter design and spread of results,and determines the optimal parameters.Finally the original and optimal functional windows are predicted respectively,by contrast this method is logical and effective.
