摘要
剖析了传统汽车燃油量测量系统中使用电位器式传感器和电热式燃油表测量燃油油面时存在的问题,并由此提出了一种基于单片机的数字化的汽车燃油量测量系统,介绍了由磁敏油位传感器、A/D转换器、单片机等组成的测量系统硬件设计,给出了系统软件控制流程。试验结果表明,该系统与传统的燃油量测量系统相比,具有直观、可靠性好、寿命长及精度高等优点。
The existing problems of current measurement system for automotive fuel amount fuel measured by potentiometric transducer and electro thermal fuel gauge were analyzed,and a measurement system for automotive fuel amout based on SCM and digitalization was presented.The hardware design of measurement system comprised of magnetic oil position sensors,A/D converter and SCM etc were also introduced in this paper,the control flow of system software was presented.The test results show that this measurement system has better intuition,stability,accuracy and longer life than the conventional measurement system.
