摘要
在回顾分析近几年出现的一些挖煤机滚筒智能化调高技能应用情况的基础上,阐述了使用记忆智能远程操纵为主与传感器煤岩分界为辅的综合辨别技能,不但可弥补单一传感器辨别所带来的稳定性及可靠性差和精度低的缺陷,又可阻止记忆远程操纵过于依靠人所带来的误时和随机现象,并指出滚筒智能化调高是实现挖煤工作面智能化的重要技能之一,其核心是煤岩分界辨别技能,这种技能方法适用于大功率智能化挖煤机,是首选的调高方法。
Objective: To discuss the intelligent increase skills in the drum coal mining machine..Methods: Retrospective analysis the emergence of some intelligent increase skills in the drum coal mining machine.Results: The main memory of intelligent remote control and sensor integrated coal to identify boundaries,supplemented by skills,not only to make up a single sensor to identify the stability brought about by poor reliability and low accuracy conditions,but also to prevent over-rely on memory of the remote control the case of human error caused by time and random phenomena.Conclusion: The increase in the realization of intelligent drum intelligent face coal mining is one of the important skills,the core is to identify boundaries of coal and rock skills.Kinds of skills,methods of coal mining for intelligent high-power machine,the increase is the preferred method.
