摘要
为了提高员工操作效率,保证操作安全。上汽通用五菱在车身项目中引入了助力机械手设备。通过使用该设备,车间节省了人力成本约20万/年,同时员工操作节拍由原来的120s/每台,提高到90s/台,极大的提高了生产效率。
In order to increase work efficiency,ensure workers in a safe environment,sgmw introduce a power-assistant in bodyshop.By use this equipment,the shop retrench worker cost 0.2million/year,and reduce work time from 120 second to 90 second,highly improve work efficiency.
