感载比例阀静特性优化设计

摘要 本文从理论上论述了在空载、满载轴荷变化较大的货车上,为提高制动性能,减少车祸发生概率而装设感载比例阀的必要性。并参照ECE法规,介绍了以提高汽车的附着系数利用率和制动稳定性为设计目标的优化设计感载比例阀工作特性的方法。 In order to increase braking property and decrease accident probability , the necessity of mounting a Loading-Sensitive proportional valve on a lorry which is subject to a large varied Loading or unloading is discussed theoretically in this paper. An optimum design method for working properties of the Loading-Sensitive proportional valve, Concentrating on raising the use rate of coefficient of adhesion and braking stability, is also introduced in accordance with ECE principle.
