PCNA和E-cad在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及与淋巴结转移的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的检测增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)、上皮钙依赖黏附蛋白(E-cadherin,E-cad)在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的表达,并探讨其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法联合检测100例非小细胞肺癌和16例癌旁组织中PCNA、E-cad的表达及与NSCLC转移的关系。结果 PCNA在非小细胞肺癌中的表达阳性率显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),且与NSCLC的分化程度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05);E-cad在非小细胞肺癌中表达的阳性率显著低于癌旁组织(P<0.05),与肿瘤的TNM分期和淋巴结转移有统计学意义(P<0.05),与肿瘤的分化程度无明显相关(P>0.05)。E-cad与PCNA的表达呈显著性负相关(P<0.05)。结论 PCNA高表达、E-cad低表达与NSCLC的淋巴结转移密切相关,可能促进了NSCLC的转移。 Objective To investigate the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and E - cadherin (E -cad)in non -small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and their relationships with clinicopathological parameters, and to explore the roles in NSCLC lymph node metastasis. Methods IHC was used to detect the expressions of PCNA and E - cad in 100 specimens of patients with NSCLC and 16 specimens of adjacent normal tissues. Results The expression of PCNA was significantly higher in NSCLC than that in adjacent normal tissues (P 〈 0.05 ). PCNA staining in NSCLC tissues was correlated to differentiation, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0. 05 ). While E - cad expression was significantly lower in NSCLC than that in adjacent normal tissues ( P 〈 0.05 ). E - cad staining was correlated to Ivmph node metastasis and TNM stage ( P 〈 0.05 ), but not to differentiation ( P 〉 0. 05 ). PCNA expression was negatively correlated to E - cad expression ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion A close correlation is found between PCNA ,E - cad expression and lymph node metastasis. PCNA and E - cad may play important roles in metastasis of NSCLC.
