手法复位结合弹性髓内针内固定治疗儿童桡骨近端骨折

Effect of manual reduction combined with internal fixation with flexible intramedullary nail to treat the fracture of proximal end of radius

目的研究手法复位结合弹性髓内针内固定治疗倾斜移位30°以上的儿童桡骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾分析16例桡骨近端骨折患儿采用手法复位结合弹性髓内针内固定的临床资料。结果 13例复位良好,较好3例,无严重并发症发生。结论手法复位结合弹性髓内针内固定治疗儿童桡骨近端骨折可靠有效。

Objective To study clinical effect of manual reduction combined with internal fixation with flexible intramedullary nail to treat the fracture of proximal end of radius that over 30 degrees tilt shift in children. Methods To retro spectively analyse the clinical data of 16 cases of proximal radius fractures were treated by manual reduction and internal fixation with flexible intramedullary nail. Results 13 cases of good reduction,3 cases of generally good, without serious complications. Conclusion Manual reduction and internal fixation with flexible intramedullary nail in the treatment of children with fractures of proximal radius is reliable and effective.
