摘要
目的探讨咳嗽变异性哮喘（CVA）的临床特点及诊治。方法对51例CVA患者的临床资料进行分析。结果CVA患者的临床表现不典型，易误诊，给予支气管扩张剂及激素治疗效果明显。结论针对长期慢性咳嗽的患者，需高度警惕本病，早诊断早治疗可有效控制CVA的发展。对确诊的病例，按支气管哮喘规范治疗，可有效降低哮喘的发病半。
Objective： To investigate clinical character and diagnosis cure of cough variant asthma. Methods： The clinical data of 51 Cases of cough variant asthma were analysed. Results： Clinical character of cough variant asthma was not typical , easily misdiagnosis. Bronchodilator and hormone treatment showed excellent curative effect.Conclusion： Chronic cough patients are alerted. Cough variant asthma will be controlled through early diagnosis and early cure. Standard treatment of definite diagnosis patients will reduce morbidity of asthma.
