超声心动图对胎儿心脏发育异常产前筛查中的应用及效果评价

目的了解超声在胎儿心脏发育异常产前诊断中的应用及效果。方法对2007—2010年在我院接受产前超声检查的3000例孕妇，登记其检查出的心脏异常结果，并追踪至出生或引产后进行验证。并做比较检查和验证结果。结果产前超声检查共查出胎儿心脏发育异常19例，产后验证结果20例，无误诊病例，漏诊部位1处。结论与其它产前超声检查方法比较。本法对心脏发育异常的漏栓和误检率均较低，对减低心脏发育异常的出生缺陷有帮助，值得推广。
