金属烤瓷冠修复体颈缘对牙龈的影响分析

Influence analysis of porcelin fused to metal crown prosthesis cervical margin on gingival

目的探讨金属烤瓷冠修复体导致牙龈组织炎症及牙龈黑线的原因和预防措施。方法随机选取门诊烤瓷全冠修复2—4年的患者153例，共270颗金属烤瓷全冠修复体，对牙龈健康状况．颈缘变色的发生情况进行分析。结果33颗修复体出现牙龈炎，占总数的12．2％，66颗修复体出现颈缘黑线，占总数的24．4％，结论严格规范的牙体制备，合理的颈缘设计和金属底层冠材料的选择，改进烤瓷冠制作过程，可减少牙龈炎及颈缘黑线的发生。

Objective： To investingate the causes and preventive measures that porcelin fused to metal crown prosthesis lead to the gingival tissues inflammation and gingival black line.Methods： Randomly selecting the 153 cases of outpatients with 2-4 years porcelin fused to crown rehabilitation, it had a total of 270 prosthesis, the occurrence of gingival health status and cervical margin discoloration were observed and analyzed.Results： 33 prosthesis emerge the gingival inflammation and account for12.2 percent of the total number; 66 prosthesis emerge black line of cervical margin and account for 24.44 percent of the total number.Conclusion： The occurrence of gingival inflammatory and black line of cervical margin can be reduced by tooth preparation of strict standard, reasonable design of cervical margin, selection of metal bottom crown material, and improvement of production process ofporcelin fused to crown.
