摘要
本文对球墨铸铁曲轴中频淬火后产生的微裂纹和硬度偏低等缺陷进行了分析,并提出了预防措施,期望达到提高产品质量的目的。
This paper offers an analysis of the quenching delects such as micro-crack and lower hardness created in the medium frequency for crankshaft of ductile castiron, and its countermeasures in expectation of improving quality of workpieces.
