摘要
结合宝钢1880mm热轧生产线的设备配置,开展了自由轧制技术的研究,集成了一定的自由轧制工艺控制技术,介绍了其中的关键技术,即工作辊轴向横移技术、ORP轧辊轮廓控制技术、轧制润滑使用技术。采用自由轧制技术,在1880mm热轧线上突破了原轧制计划规程的限制,同宽轧制长度从35km提高到60km,并实现了不同钢种规格间混合交叉轧制,提高了生产组织的自由度。
The schedule free rolling（SFR） technology was researched based on equipment configuration of 1880mm hot strip rolling line of Baosteel.The key techniques of SFR,such as work roll shifting,on-line roll profiler and oil lubrication of rolling,were introduced.The application results show that the original rolling schedule restrictions is broken,the length of the same wide-rolling is increased from 35km to 60km,and different kinds of specifications steel hybrid cross between the rolling is realized.
