上海白龙港蛋形消化池闭水闭气试验及结构监测

Close Water/Air Test for Bailonggang Port Egg-Shaped Digester in Shanghaiand Its tructure Monitoring

上海白龙港8座预应力混凝土蛋形消化池,单池容积12400m3,总体规模目前位居亚洲第1。为满足工期要求,8座池的闭水闭气试验基本同步实施。工程体量大,监测任务重。对闭水、闭气试验的验收标准,工序安排、试验要点、试验期间的池体沉降及应力监测技术等问题进行了探讨。可为预应力消化池功能性验收方面的规范编制提供参考。

There are 8 egg-shaped prestressed concrete digestion tanks in Shanghai Bailonggang,with each volume of 12 400 m3,No.1 in Asia in total scale.To meet the demand of schedule of this project,water/air tight test would be made at same time.Some issues on acceptance standard for this test,work procedure arrangement,key points and settlement and stress inspection for tanks in duration of test are discussed as a reference for drawing up future code on acceptance of egg-shaped prestressed concrete digestion tanks.
