摘要
南线东段输送干管是白龙港片区最后1条输送干管,干管总长约26.1km,雨季输送流量约43.71m3/s。通过多方案比较,确定采用2根DN4000污水干管、全线不设倒虹深顶管的技术方案,既降低了污水输送能耗,又可每年节电约150万度。工程的实施,为今后污水长距离输送及超大口径顶管的设计施工积累了经验。
Main south line wastewater transporting pipeline in east section is the last one in Bailonggang,which is about total 26.1 km length,43.71 m3/s flow amount in rain season.Several compared,the technical scheme with two DN 4 000 main wastewater pipeline instead of inverted siphon jacking pipe was adopted,which would lead to reduce power consumption,save of 1.5 million degree electricity per year.Practice of this project will accumulate experience for future long-distance wastewater transporting and super-diameter jacking pipe design and construction.
