摘要
本文介绍一种调频式电涡流位移测试仪,它用微机完成了以往模拟电路的全部鉴频功能。文中详细介绍了它的测量电路。
This Paper introduces an electric eddg-current displacement instrument on principle of freqency modulatoin. It completed freqency discriminating with microprocessor, which used to be done by analogue circuit.
