从肝阳头痛的辨证论治、现代药理等论述王幼奇运用天麻清脑饮治疗肝阳上亢型头痛经验。指出:虫蚁之品以搜逐血络中之瘀滞,最能祛除阻滞于络脉中的瘀血,使络脉通利、血行畅达。
