滋阴潜阳降压方合卡托普利治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压30例

Ziyin Qianyang Jiangya Fang Combined Captopril Antihypertensive Therapy Side Isolated Systolic Hypertension 30 Cases

[目的]观察滋阴潜阳降压方合卡托普利治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压属阴虚阳亢型的疗效。[方法]将60例随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组服用自拟滋阴潜阳降压方合卡托普利治疗;对照组服用卡托普利治疗,4周为1个疗程,比较两组症状疗效。[结果]治疗组降压疗效总有效率89.66%,对照组总有效率77.78%,治疗组降压疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗4周后均能明显改善收缩期血压值(P<0.01),且治疗组下降程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组中症状积分疗效总有效率为93.33%,优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]滋阴潜阳降压方治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压属阴虚阳亢型疗效可靠,无明显副作用。

[ Objective] Ziyin Qianyang Jiangya Fang combined captopril treatment isolated systolic hyper- tension is a yin -type effect. [ Method] 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 patients in the control group of 30 patients. Treatment group, 30 patients taking Ziyin Qianyang Jiangya Fang combined captopril ; control group of 30 patients taking captopril, 4 weeks for a course of treatment, symptoms were compared efficacy. [Results]The total effective antihypertensive efficacy of 89.66% in the control group was 77.78%, antihypertensive efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05） ; two weeks after the treatment could significantly improve the systolic blood pressure value （P 〈 0. 01 ）, and the decline in the treatment group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; treatment group symptom score in the total effective rate was 93.33%, better than the control group （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion] Ziyin Qianyang Jiangya Fang treatment of isolated systolic hypertension is a yin type of reliable efficacy, no significant side effects.
